2016 GMC Canyon

GMC Canyon is a compact pickup truck, which is considered as mechanical twin of Chevrolet Colorado, so we can say that these two models represent General Motors in segment of compact trucks. This model was originally launched in 2004 and it came as a replacement for Sonoma. The second-generation model was presented in 2013, while production started this year, so new model came as 2015 year model. Since this is a new model, it is hard to expect some big changes after only a year of production. However, company promises that 2016 GMC Canyon will come with some novelties.

2016 GMC Canyon redesign

The 2016 GMC Canyon will come only a year after launch of second-generation model, so it is clear that there will be no visual changes, compared to 2015 year model. New model came with new look, which follows the design language of other GMC trucks such as new Sierra. It will feature almost identical front fascia, which is characterized by new-designed headlights and massive three-bar grille. Of course, 2016 Canyon will have some unique features, but all in all, it will have very similar look to its bigger brothers. New interior, which came with this year with 2015 year model is just amazing and it will stay pretty much unchanged. Beside very stylish look, 2016 Canyon will feature plenty of hi-tech features such as GMC IntelliLink, 4G LTE cellular connectivity, voice recognition, rearview camera, forward-collision alert, cruise control and possible with some new features in addition.
