2015 Nissan Versa Note

This mini MVP was originally launched in 2004 under the name Note. The first generation of this 5-door hatchback was produced until 2013, when new model came under the name Versa Note. By the way, Versa is automobile nameplate used for several models – Tiida, Latio and finally Note. The second generation came based on Invitation Concept and it is built on V-platform just like Juke and Micra models. The 2015 Nissan Versa Note comes with small updates. The mechanical segment maybe remains almost untouched, but exterior and, especially interior comes with many improvements, giving 2015 Versa Note more sportiness.

As we said, new model comes with many new details. Outside, 2015 Nissan Versa Note gets new-designed 16-inch alloy wheels and also some chrome details around the grille. In SR variant, it gets also spoiler over the rear window, redesigned side mirrors and chrome SR badges. Interior of 2015 Versa Note is updated with several improvements. The most noticeable is definitely a new, 350Z-styled leather-wrapped steering wheel, which comes with many controls on it. In SR trim, there are also new-designed seats with some orange details. Those seats are six-way adjustable manually.

This mini MVP is powered by 1.6 liter 4-cylinder DOHC engine with dual pump and variable valve timing. This engine outputs 109 horses at 6.000 rpm, while max torque is 107 lb-ft at 4.400 rpm. Two transmissions are offered for 2015 Versa Note model. The 5-speed manual comes as standard, while in higher trim levels you can choose also a CVT transmission. It also features things like ABS and electronic brake force distribution (EBD), independent strut suspension up front and a torsion beam rear axle and power steering. Fuel consumption is estimated to 31 mpg city/40 mpg highway/35 mpg combined.

The 2015 Nissan Versa Note starts around 14.000 dollars and, depending on trim level, it goes up to around 18.000 dollars for SR and SL variants. Competitors are models like Toyota Yaris and Honda Fit. The 2015 Nissan Versa Note is offered in eight exterior colors – Metallic Blue, Red Brick, Brilliant Silver, Magnetic Gray, Super Black, Aspen White, Metallic Peacock and MorningSky Blue.
