Engineers have prepared two options for 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Base engine model will be 1.8-l four-cylinder for SE and Limited sedan versions. This powertrain is paired with 6-speed manual gearbox and will be good for 145 hp and 130 lb-ft of torque. Other option will be 2.0-l 4-cylinder drivetrain with higher output of 173 hp. Automatic transmission comes standard while manual could be picked as option. Combined fuel economy will be 31 mpg for 1.8-l option and 28 mpg for stronger engine.
