2015 Buick Anthem

For the 2015, Buick was in lack of competent SUV vehicle. The company’s lineup had empty space between its models Enclave and Encore. This space will be filled with new 2015 Buick Anthem, widely accepted as Buick’s version of new Equinox from Chevy and GMC’s new Terrain, which should bring many innovations in SUV segment. This is not so strange, because these vehicles are going to share same platform. Without clear date of unveiling, company has been testing new Anthem in US. It was spotted by few spy-shots. Of course, even heavy camouflage couldn’t hide shapes of new vehicle. What is noticed is that 2015 Anthem looks very familiar to Encore. Highlights are new grille and exhaust tips. From leaked information, we find out that this vehicle has excellent handling.

New generation of Anthem will start with 2015 year model. Current generation of SUV vehicle dates from 2009 and it is now ready to be replaced. Mid-size crossover segment should be again attractive, after some negative feedbacks. Based on the Saturn Vue concept it wasn’t so successful, but return of the 2015 Buick Anthem with winning combination platform from Chevrolet Equinox should make better impact. However, crossover has waterfall grille and 360 degree “Lidar” camera. This innovation will make this crossover more interesting. Few more features will be added, such as LED head- and taillights and an active cruise control system.
