2014 Mitsubishi Outlander

Everything needs a change till becomes a perfect… or at least closer to perfection. A redesigned model of the Mitsubishi Outlander coming in 2014.  The 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander is now seamlessly lower and lighter (over 200 pounds reduced weight compared to its predecessor) with new style, designed by Hideaki Kanazawa,  which is less agressive and more rounded than previous model. Length of the new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander is 15ft 3.3in (4656 mm), width 5ft 10.9in (1801 mm), height of  5ft 6.1in (1679 mm).

Besides the new look, 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander is characterized by modernized interior for seven passengers, improved security and richer equipment. The new model is made to be more efficient  and economic. With the new style, model is aerodynamically more efficient by 7 percent and there is a possibility of using Eco setting to modify throttle sensitivity and climate-control operation as well as the optional all-wheel-drive system engages the rear wheels only when absolutely necessary.

2014 Mitsubishi Outlander – Interior

In order to get closer to customers Mitsubishi made practical and high-quality cabin which contains simple, functional dashboard with user-friendly controls. Mitsubishi describes Outlander 2014 interior as “lovely wood grain appearance trim”. Optional features on both the SE and the GT are a navigation system with weather, fuel price, and real-time traffic info, a nine-speaker, 710-watt audio system, leather seats and a panoramic sunroof. Third-row seating is standard in every Outlander 2014 and it is good for carrying children or smaller adults in a pinch, although it’s not so comfortable for longer journeys. There are 10.3 cubic inches cargo space with all the seats in place; with the third row down there’s 32.4 cubic feet, while 63.3 cubic feet are available with just the front seats upright.

2014 Mitsubishi Outlander – Engine

The Mitsubishi Outlander 2014 have offer with two powertains. The standard engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder for both ES and SE and that pairs with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and produces 166 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. ES models have front-wheel drive only, while the SE can have either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The 2014 Outlander  also comes in GT model and uses a 3.0-liter V6 engine with 224 horsepower and 215 lb-ft of torque where conventional six-speed automatic  and all-wheel drive are standard.
